The organization that you need to benchmark must include your agile development team, but it could also include a wide range of other stakeholders, such as:

Our subscription package allows you to perform a benchmark of your team's performance up to 6 times per year. The package covers up to 6 uses for one user. You need to get one for each of your team members.

No payment is needed to review the concept. You can try out the questionnaire for free, and if you like it, you may decide to move on to try it out with your team.

The chart is a graphical representation of the result of the team benchmark. It gives you an overview of how your team is doing in the 12 areas of agile performance.

Based on the experience and learnings from many years of leading agile teams, the team behind the Agile Boost has created a 12-point list of areas of attention. This is the list of areas a team must cover from team creation onwards to perform in an agile setup.

The free trial lets you try the performance measurement. It is a questionnaire that you can review and answer. You will get a standard Agile Radar Chart not based on your answers. The free trial allows you to review the concept and decide what to do next.

The Single Use Package is a one-off benchmark of your Agile Team Performance. Based on answers from the team members, you will receive the Agile Team Radar Chart and a prioritized list of improvement areas for your team. We will review the results and give you access to instruction videos for your future improvements.

The Subscription Package lets you use the benchmark as much as six times per year. We recommend measuring team performance every 2-3 months when there is an excellent opportunity.
Every time you perform a new benchmark, you will get access to the Team Agile Radar Chart, our prioritized list of recommendations, instruction videos, and the history of previous benchmarks.

It will be a very individual decision on how often it makes sense to measure team performance. In an immature environment, measuring every 2-3 sprints could make sense. In a more mature team, perhaps only once or twice per year. The measurement should be coordinated with other opportunities to perform retrospectives. E.g., the end of a sprint, a release, the end of a project, or other similar events.
